01What do I get when I buy?: A PDF file with the problems, hints and full solutions. It is attached to your account and can be opened from there as often as you like.
02Are the solutions included?: Yes, in full — including the rearrangements that solution booklets usually skip. Two hints and a starting point come before the solution, so you are not forced to read the answer straight away.
03Does this match the syllabus where I live?: Syllabuses differ between German states. Each product states which states and year groups a reference has been recorded for. Where the information is absent, it means it has not been recorded — not that the topic is examinable everywhere. When in doubt, check your own syllabus.
04What do the difficulty levels mean?: Six levels, from foundations to beyond examination standard. The level says how far a problem sits from the basic form, not how long the calculation is. The competency a problem requires is stated separately.
05Which languages are the materials in?: German at present, English in progress. A purchase applies to the product and unlocks every language version — including those added later. Each product states which languages exist today.
06Which devices can I use the files on?: They are ordinary PDF files. They work on a computer, on a tablet and in print. They are typeset with enough margin to be annotated with a pen on an iPad.
07Can I cancel a purchase?: Special rules apply to digital content. What exactly applies is set out in the notice on the right of withdrawal.
08Is there a preview?: Where a preview is provided it shows actual pages from the product — unaltered, not designed promotional images.
