About the project
About the project
It came out of teaching and of learning mathematics, not out of a market analysis.
§01Where it comes from
The problems are written by hand, not produced by a generator.
The materials are typeset in LaTeX, with the same tools used for mathematical textbooks. Every problem is written, worked through, and placed in an order. That is slower than generating them, and it is why the catalogue grows step by step.
§02Where it is going
The problems are the foundation, not the PDF file.
Every problem is stored with its properties: topic, difficulty, competency, prerequisites, common mistakes. The same problem can therefore later appear in a workbook, on the website and in an app without being entered again. Whether this becomes a learning platform depends on whether the materials are good — not the other way round.
§03What is not here
No numbers that do not exist yet.
This site carries no user counts, no ratings and no success rates. Not out of modesty, but because there are none yet. Once real feedback exists it will appear here, and not before.
