Right of withdrawal
Who your contracting partner is when you buy
Payment processing and the sale are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland (Stripe Managed Payments). When you buy a product on this website, you conclude the purchase contract with Stripe; the content is provided by Finn Silas Adams. Withdrawal and refunds are governed by the terms Stripe shows you on the payment page and sends with the receipt. Refunds are processed through Stripe; a refund ends access to the file.
Independently of this, we inform you below about the statutory right of withdrawal for contracts on digital content under German law.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Finn Silas Adams, Adolf-Pohlmann-Straße 10, 24376 Kappeln, Germany, e-mail: business.algevia@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has expressly consented to the trader beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and has confirmed that they are aware that, by giving their consent, they lose their right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code, BGB).
Purchased files are available for retrieval immediately after the payment has been confirmed.
